The full set of detailed construction drawings and specifications that will be provide to you. At this stage, we are now ready to make a bill of quantity or you may would like to tender you project which we can also coordinate for that as well.

How does it work?
After you provide us your contact information in contact us page, we will contact you to discuss your project – what you want to accomplish, intentions you are trying to achieve, the function of the rooms, your style preferences, timetables, etc. Afterward, we will provide you a proposal with full detail of service of your project.
What is full interior service?
Traditionally, full service Interior Design is a true turn key experience. Our goal is to complete an entire room, groups of rooms or an entire home in a single installation. Although many of our clients do their projects in phases, our full-service design does not lend itself to selling individual furnishings or accessories. Full service design is about letting our team and I handle all the details from research, selection, purchasing and other logistics. The investment for this service is a flat design fee in conjunction with a e furnishings budget.
What is the alternative of a full service?
Alternatively, you may would like to separate design service from construction service and may tender the construction which we are capable to facilitate that too. Other than that, furniture selection service is also another good option for nowadays property.
What is the cost of construction?
The cost of construction is depended on materials, complexity of works, scope of work and existing condition. We would provide the exact cost with detailed calculation on every item after the design is done.
How long does it take for design?
Depend on the size of the project but it is normally take a month or 2 to completed a project without revision.
How much for the design service?
Our design service fee is 1,500 baht-4,000 baht per sq.m. for full interior design depend on the size and complexity of work.
Have you ever take international project?
Yes, we do. Our team is proficient in English we have completed numerous project internationally ranging from resort in Mauritius, mansion in Mongolia, hotel in Dublin, pent house in London and casino in Cambodia. These, we work via, emails, WhatsApp and skype with only a few or none site visit.
